The Los Angeles Rams debuted Rams IQ in San Francisco, the organization's new business marketing and thought leadership platform designed to connect influential leaders and Rams partners throughout the year.
Rams IQ serves as the franchise's B2B platform for ideas and relationships, delivering a year-round program of curated events, executive roundtables, and content that brings partners, brands, and decision-makers together beyond game day. The platform positions the Rams organization as a convener at the intersection of sport, culture, business, and technology.
The program opened with The Drive: Daybreak, a morning session hosted at SoFi Headquarters. The gathering assembled leaders across sport, culture, and technology, with speakers from SoFi, YouTube, Meta, and Electronic Arts (EA) addressing brand authenticity, cultural relevance, and the future of sports partnerships.

Sessions throughout the day examined partnership strategy and the direction of the sports business, drawing on the perspectives of executives from SoFi and the Los Angeles Rams organization. The program included a conversation between Rams Legend Steven Jackson and Rams team psychologist Dr. Carrie Hastings on mindset, emotional control, and mental preparation, and how those skills translate beyond sports.

The day concluded with a reception at the Motoring Club, where partners and industry leaders gathered over cocktails, curated bites, music, and custom gifting experiences.
Rams IQ is designed to keep influential leaders and Rams partners connected throughout the year. Neil Biafore attended the debut on behalf of The Qwik Group.
